Our QuickApp is the easiest and most effective way to provide the individual with all the documents required by law. And, with QuickApp the individual reviews and completes the templates themselves. So, it reduces errors in otherwise trying to read their handwriting. If you are a client it is easy to use the QuickApp. Just click on the order tab. Then you click the QuickApp button at the bottom of the screen. You enter the applicant’s email address, last name and then first name and then click the Place Order button. Once they have completed the QuickApp our operations folks will start working on the package right away.
NOT USING QUICKAPP BUT RATHER ENTERING INFORMATION MANUALLY
If you do not want to use our QuickApp you must agree to provide a Disclosure, a Summary of Rights and obtain Authorization from the individual authorizing Randisi & Associates, Inc. to perform the background investigations. We have discontinued providing paper disclosure and authorization forms due to the complexity of requirements for different jurisdictions. Our QuickApp is the easiest way to comply. If you do not use QuickApp, it is most important that you have the individual complete and sign this paperwork before submitting a request for reports to us on that individual. You are required to keep that paperwork for five years. Or you can scan your copy of the signed disclosure and authorization form and then upload the paper version to the individual’s file in the system. This avoids having to retain the paper.
