DrugIndividuals in your organization with substance abuse issues can take a heavy toll on your business reputation and your profit goals. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, drug abuse in the workplace costs employers approximately $81 billion each year in lost productivity. The Society for Human Resource Management has stated that just one illegal drug user can cost your firm more than $13,000 per year in increased time-off, accidents, worker compensation claims and use of your health program.  Since 1999 we have been helping employers achieve their drug and alcohol testing goals.

All of our programs allow web-based program management. You can manage your employee drug-testing program completely online and always be in compliance. Our clients have 24/7 access to a variety of compliance reports. For example, the statistical summary report categorizes drug and alcohol test results by type (pre-employment, randoms, etc), date, and result. The specimen list report provides a detailed, line by line list of test results. Several exception reports are also available, which cross reference testing data with the employee roster to isolate employees that missed or failed their drug test. Reporting systems enable customers to request a specific protocol that works with their business needs.  Drug-Testing specimens can include urine and/or oral fluid. And, we can deliver a system that processes both of these types of specimens. If your program requires urine as a specimen, we can deliver Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant programs and non-DOT drug testing programs. When it comes to a non-DOT urine collection program we can provide access to the eCup program.

Medical Review Officers (MRO) Review

MROs have successfully completed the requirements set forth by the Medical Review Officers Certification Council (MROCC) and are knowledgeable in the use of prescription drugs, the pharmacology and toxicology of illicit drugs, as well as in all aspects of alcohol abuse and alcoholism. Our MROs review all negative tests and have direct contact with any donor who tests positive or provides an adulterated specimen.

Random Selection Management

A sophisticated data management system maintains and updates random pools, tracks open random selections, generates new random selections and allows for the annotation of incomplete random selections. This robust system offers a high level of flexibility and allows clients to customize their random selections according to their specific needs. Customers have the ability to pool individuals according to location, group or region. Additionally, clients have the freedom to choose the frequency and timing of selections (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
