Jim Randisi is passionate about helping companies increase the quality of individuals they hire. He first recognized the impact of bad hiring decisions over 20 years ago, when he was applying his internal auditing expertise for a 3rd Party Administrator that managed worker compensation claims. The significant company time, expense & resources invested in dealing with behavioral problems, that could have been avoided,  ignited his commitment to help both employers and volunteer organizations circumnavigate—using timely facts & thoroughly researched data—many unfortunate yet often predictable outcomes.

He founded Randisi & Associates in 1999 to help under-served small and medium-sized businesses address these issues. His early career in public accounting assured clients of his thorough attention to detail, high quality standards and solid code of ethics, while his practical experience in the insurance industry provided insights about the unmet client needs and the lack of compliance that are surprisingly prevalent.
